You must have Root access and TWRP recovery installed.

Guide To Unlock Bootloader HERE
1. Download the rom zip file from here:- Link
2. Boot to TWRP recovery.
Take Complete Backup of your System.
3. Wipe system, data, cache, dalvik cache.
4. Flash the Official CM zip file.
5. Install Google Apps Package (Gapps) (Link)
Done :-D Reboot and wait to see the taste of Marshmallow and Official CyanogenMod13 :)
